Seattle, WA, Hosted by Gale McArthur
An excellent arrival is already underway.
I host important visits, group programs, and new arrivals in Seattle. That means guest strategy before the calendar, a briefed principal, timing built on how this city actually moves, and someone present who can make the call when the day changes.

Three ways people work with me.
Executive hospitality, strategic programs, and guest experience, shaped around who is arriving and why.
Selected method
How a visit actually gets held together.
Decide what the visit is for
Before dates and venues: the outcome, the people who carry it, and the one moment the whole thing rests on.
Build the plan against Seattle
Traffic, ferries, event days, weather, and light are inputs, not surprises discovered on the morning of.
Name an owner for every handoff
Car to lobby, lobby to room, dinner to departure. Written down, with a fallback for each.
Be there to make the call
Move the reservation, change the room, reroute the car, or close the night early, and know which one is right.

Seattle, specifically
Local knowledge is a scheduling tool.
Water changes the schedule
Ferries, floating bridges, and a waterfront that reroutes for events. The map's estimate and the real one rarely match.
Neighborhoods are not interchangeable
Where a dinner lands decides who can actually get there, how the room feels, and whether the night keeps going.
Weather is a plan, not a mood
Every outdoor idea gets an indoor version of the same quality, decided in advance rather than at 4pm.

Gale McArthur
"Hospitality is judgment under time pressure. The warm part and the operational part are the same job."
A hospitality business degree from Washington State University, an MBA in marketing, Disney resort management training, and years of executive support, brand programs, and event operations, all of it in service of one thing: guests who feel personally looked after while the plan quietly holds.

The Program Brief
Start with the facts of the visit.
Who is coming, when, and what should be true when it's over. Seven short fields, then your phone opens a text to me, no forms disappearing into an inbox.
