Cascadia Bridge Program: Seattle Executive Delegation Visit

Seattle, Washington  /  Three day executive hospitality program

This self initiated planning sample shows how I would structure a high touch Seattle delegation visit, from the first guest arrival decision through final relationship follow up. I designed the fictional program around a 32 person international executive delegation, with an emphasis on guest strategy, relationship focused hosting, transportation and venue coordination, executive briefing, risk management, budget controls, and the operating rhythm that makes a complex experience feel personal.

Disclosure

This is a self initiated, fictional work sample created to demonstrate program management, executive hospitality, guest experience, and event operations thinking. It does not represent a real FIFA program, royal visit, government engagement, client, vendor, quote, or event. All names, contacts, dates, guest counts, locations, budgets, and operational details are invented.

What the workbook controls

Guest strategy first

A 32 person international delegation, sorted into cohorts with named hosts, so every guest has someone accountable for their experience.

Financial control

A $335,550 illustrative planned model with committed, reforecast, and contingency views. No scope or guest count change moves without an owner, a decision date, and a recorded reason.

Ownership and risk

A RACI model across workstreams, a live risk and decision log, and a minute by minute run of show for the signature day.

Shown as a planning artifact, not evidence of a real assignment. The workbook carries fictional labels on every worksheet.

If you have a delegation, a board visit, or a launch coming to Seattle, I will show you how I would run it.
